The Weekly Deke is suffering from the offseason blues.  News is pretty hard to come by, so to compensate, we just add more guests!  This week Grant Beery is joined in Denver by Eric Butler, visiting from Philly.  Chris Roberts, Bill Brister, Alan Shields, and Fred Beery are also on the show, broadcasting from their usual locations.

The crew discuss Joe Sakic, Mats Sundin and the topic of retirement decisions.  Things get a bit heated when Bill and Grant talk Patrick Roy and the Montreal Canadiens, but everyone agrees that the Alexander Radulov situation is being handled very well by the Predators.  A few other tidbits of news also happen to creep in among the madness.

Episode 39 — wait, 39? OMG? WTF? — is our big near-the-end-of-summer come back. We’ve slacked like most do as the days got hot, and Chris hasn’t done much on the production side. What does this mean for you?
